Regarding the activities of working groups (WG) in the Technical Section, he reported that the Amusement WG had a meeting on May 13 under the theme "Mobile Amusement," and also reported various activities by the Broadcasting & Live Action Shooting WG including a meeting at Kyoto University.
Three member companies of the Rittaikyo and eight member companies of the 3D Consortium indicated their participation in the "Viewer WG." He mentioned that he would like the WG to offer a place for intensive discussions among various companies including manufacturers of viewers and hardware for viewers, and concluded his report with a request for active participation by member companies.
