The 3D Consortium supported the following specialized technical seminars which were presented during the 20th Finetech Japan.

"FTJ-4 Finally, the era of 3D will come in full swing! General theories of 3D displays"
*
"FTJ-5 The latest trends of 3D TVs and 3D content"
During this seminar, members of the 3D Consortium, Mr. Ikuo Matsumoto from Fujiwara-Rothchild, Ltd., Mr. Masahiro Kawashima and Mr. Hiroshi Miyai from Panasonic Corporation, Mr. Ken Mashitani from Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd., and Mr. Kuniaki Izumi from Stereo D gave lectures (lecturers' names are listed in the order of their lectures).
Two members of the 3D Consortium made special presentations at the exhibition booth of the consortium, including Newsight Japan Ltd. which exhibited its 46-inch 3D display without glasses, and Fujiwara-Rothchild, Ltd., which exhibited its market research papers concerning 3D.
According to the organizers, the number of visitors during the three days of this exhibition was 66,739 persons in total including those who visited "Filmtech Japan" and "Lighting Japan" which were simultaneously organized.
