SID2010 (organized by the Society for Information Display) was held in Seattle, Washington, USA from May 23 to May 28, 2010. The 3D Consortium exhibited with a booth.

SID, which has been held annually during the same period of the year, is a world class, comprehensive international academic conference about displays where symposiums, eminars and an exhibition are simultaneously held (it will be held in Los Angeles, California in 2011).
This year, which is referred to as the "first year" of 3D, major 3D related companies participated in the exhibition and their booths attracted many visitors. Mainly major display manufacturers including Toshiba, Panasonic, Sharp, NEC, Samsung and LG presented their 3D products at the front. 3M and Fraunhofer exhibited their 3D displays without glasses. However, there were no novel exhibits; they just exhibited their previously released products.
Our regular members, Newsight Japan Ltd. and ArcSoft Inc. exhibited at the 3D Consortium's booth. Exhibits at our booth including a new 3D display system attracted many visitors during the period. There were many business inquiries from various fields.
