Reports of the organization of the "3D Consortium's Seminar"

Venue: Kyoto University
September 8, 2004
This seminar was planned to be held simultaneously with the Virtual Reality Society of Japan's meeting.
The "3D Consortium's Seminar" organized by the Technical Section was held at the Faculty of Engineering's Integrated Research Building, Kyoto University (Yoshida Campus) on September 8. Four member companies, including overseas members of the 3D Consortium participated in the exhibition held with the seminar. After the seminar, members visited the Matsuyama Laboratory to learn about their "digital archive production," and the Oyamada Laboratory to learn about the "seven-lens moving images shooting and displaying system" at Kyoto University.
This seminar was planned to be held simultaneously with the Virtual Reality Society of Japan's meeting organized at Kyoto University, which was opened for the students of Kyoto University and the general public to provide greater publicity for the 3D consortium's activities. On this occasion, there were 19 member companies (36 representatives), and 19 other people attended.
