The 3DC Conference, which has been annually organized as an "open event" and was held at the Umeda Campus of Takarazuka University of Art and Design last year, was held at the Tokyo Shinjuku Campus of the university on May 24, 2007.
The theme of this conference was "the current situation and possible future utilization of 3DCG (3D computer graphics) contents." We invited lecturers who have been active as leaders in the field of 3DCG contents production. They gave lectures from various points of view concerning the current status and future possibilities of 3DCG contents.
In addition to lectures, exhibitions with demonstrations by member companies were organized and the conference, which included the participation by much of the audience, ended successfully. There were 57 members at the conference for a total of 132 people attending.
